We strive to offer a fun and safe experience for all participants.  The following restrictions are for the protection of our customers:

• Each snowmobile can only carry one rider.
• We cannot accommodate children under the age of 16.
• Teens 16-17 require written permission from a legal parent or guardian. 
• The use of drugs or alcohol before or during the tour will result in immediate cancellation without refund. 
• Tours run in all weather conditions.  The operator reserves the right to modify tours to match participant skill level, weather, and snow conditions. 

All riders are required to complete and sign a Waiver of Liability form.  A sample of the form can be downloaded here.
